When Vie Surfaces was established, the goal was never to compete with large retail chains or become another generic supplier. The ambition was to create a worktop company in Manchester built around craftsmanship, accuracy and genuine accountability.
Too often customers find themselves dealing with sales teams, third-party fabricators and subcontracted installers, with no clear responsibility when problems arise. We chose a different route. By investing in our own fabrication capabilities and carefully overseeing installation from templating through to final polish, we created a process where quality is controlled at every stage.
